St Thomas Street Laundry has a Customer Satisfaction Policy which states that if you are not 100% happy with our services, we will re clean your garment free of charge (Please Note that not all stains can be safely removed).
All garment care labels will be followed unless specific instructions are given. St Thomas Street Laundry exercise the utmost care when handling your items however, no responsibility will be accepted for broken or lost buttons, sequins, shoulder pads, hems, zippers or other fixed or detachable accessories, fabric dye bleeds, separation of bonded fabric, piling or shrinkage. Any items found in pockets, other than tissues or hankies will be returned to the customer. In the case of a claim, notification must be received within 24hours of delivery and St Thomas Street Laundry may at its discretion, refer claims to an independent fabric testing authority. All manufacturing defects will be accompanied by a report and should be referred to the manufacturer via the retail point of sale. St Thomas Street Laundry will do it’s utmost to assist in such matters at all times.
